We organized the "New Product Development Laboratories" training, consisting of 3 sessions, organized within the scope of the InterHEI project supported by the European Innovation and Technology Institute (EIT), of which Marmara University is a partner, at our university to develop probiotic products in the field of food. 3 research groups consisting of participants interested in new product development participated in the program consisting of 3 sessions and presented the 3 new probiotic product ideas they developed at the closing meeting held on November 6, 2023. At the end of the closing meeting, all participants who were successful were entitled to receive a certificate of participation.
